As Senior Expert (m/w/d), take responsibility for the planning, implementation and optimization of purchasing processes within the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) cycle and the IT landscape to support our area goals and set new standards! Guide exciting projects to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our purchasing department, including change management, to successfully implement new processes and systems As part of the Digital Process World Team (DPW), you work on the optimization and transformation of the purchasing processes into the new SAP S/4-HANA world Analyze existing processes and identify potential for improvement to lift our processes to the next level, and work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop innovative solutions Develop and implement best practices in purchasing that strengthen our competitiveness Design, train and support our employees in purchasing and P2P regarding new processes and tools to maximize their success Create exciting reports and presentations on progress tracking and measurement of results that make our success visible

You have completed your studies in the field of business management, supply chain management or a related field Your multi-annual experience in purchasing, P2P and supply chain management as well as a well-founded experience with purchasing software and tools Also the detectable experience in project management, including change management and process optimization Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving competence Strong communication and team skills, coupled with a passion for cooperation Through knowledge of German and English, you can communicate safely at all levels
