Managing Director Real Estate and Market (m/f/d)

In your position, you are responsible for the real estate and market business as well as for all asset and sales topics. As CEO, you are planning ahead and always have a look at investments, budgets, economics and results – in your strategic and operational tasks: General management & scaling – along our growth strategy, you control the business development in the B2B and B2C environment, build efficient structures across the entire value chain, take on personnel responsibility for your team and represent value invest convincingly to the outside and inside. Acquise & Asset Management – You identify suitable real estate projects, tax purchase and sales processes and go into negotiations. The strategic development of real estate over the entire lifecycle of assets also sets standards.

Networks & B2C – Your focus is on obtaining sales and project partners. In close cooperation with the team, you will be able to establish reliable cooperations with brokers, banks and institutional partners, thereby increasing the awareness and successful marketing of our services. Regulatorik – You are responsible for compliance with regulatory requirements for investors – bonds, prospectuses, consumer protection etc.

With a degree such as business management, real estate economics, real estate management or a comparable qualification, e.g. real estate specialist (m/w/d), you are ideally prepared for the management tasks in our company. In addition, you have many years of professional experience as an investment manager, real estate manager or in a similar position in the real estate industry – with points of contact with development or asset management. You have already gained leadership experience – like management – in the real estate industry and convince by clear communication and the ability to motivate your team to top performance. It is important to have sound knowledge of corporate, real estate and capital market law as well as experience in the issue of bonds. You are a salesman with a strong negotiating strength, a safe appearance and an eloquence in the discussion. You also convince yourself by your entrepreneurial thinking and action – this is also reflected in your strategic vision combined with operational implementation strength.
