Commercial Director / Senior Practice Manager (m/f/d)

Joint leadership: Together with the owners, you take the personal and organizational direction of practice. Organisational development: You actively promote the further development of our processes and optimise our practical EDP applications for a smooth process. Project and budget responsibility: You conduct projects independently, keep your budget under control and accompany our practical extensions. Innovation & Mitgestaltung: Bring your experience and expertise! You actively shape our innovative concept and work in a completely digital, paperless environment with absolute top IT infrastructure. Quality Management: You are responsible for and coordinating our quality management and ensuring our high standard. Insufficient experience: You bring multi-year professional experience in practical or personnel management. Ideally, you also have a completed training for ZFA or comparable pre-experience in the dental field. Training: Complete training in the dental or business sector is a big plus. Management & communication strength: You have well-founded experience in the leadership of employees:inside and communicate on all levels sovereign, appreciation and clear. Passion & cordiality: You have noticeably fun in your profession, like going around with people and convince by your pronounced service orientation.
