Head of Order Scheduling & Order Planning (m/f/d)

Your new tasks:

• You take on the disciplinary and professional leadership of the areas of order disposition, work preparation, testing planning and material management and ensure clear structures, responsibilities and priorities.
• You will ensure time-, capacity- and material-oriented planning and smooth running of all order and material processes within the system factory.
• You ensure the timely and complete provision of production and test documents while maintaining quality, process and work safety requirements.
• You actively control bottlenecks, priorities and deviations and align yourself closely with relevant interface areas.
• You are analysing, standardizing and continuously developing processes to increase efficiency, transparency and quality.
• You define, monitor and develop relevant metrics and take appropriate measures in line with the System Factory.
• You promote open, solution-oriented and responsible team culture and effective cross-disciplinary cooperation.

You'll fit us if:

• You have completed a technical or commercial degree or have completed a training with a corresponding training (master, technician).
• You bring several years of professional experience in order disposition, work preparation or material management.
• You have already gained first experience in the professional or disciplinary leadership.
• You have very good organizational and communication skills and a structured, solution-oriented way of working.
• You are characterized by empathy and a safe feeling for different personalities and situations.
• You can communicate well in English in word and writing.
