Asset Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the development and implementation of measures to increase value (including capex measures, rent increases) Analysis and assessment of real estate investment to identify optimization potentials in terms of income and costs Active rental management of residential and commercial units Responsibility for supply collection, allocation and control of residential and commercial units Regular object visits to ensure a well-maintained and inadequate condition Continuous market observation and analysis for identifying trends and opportunities Control and control of property management and interaction with external service providers and partners Network management with relevant market participants

Completed degree in real estate, business or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in asset management or in a similar position Knowledge of the real estate market and the relevant legal framework Embossed analytical skills and strategic thinking skills Strong communication and negotiation capabilities Self-employed, structured and result-oriented work Readiness to travel throughout the federal territory
