Make Job Displays & Visible: You develop attractive ads and bring them to the right platforms to see the best talents. Actively address top candidates: With targeted Active Sourcing on LinkedIn & Co. you will find the talents that perfectly match our projects. Conduct interviews & Select talents: You conduct exciting conversations, learn the candidate: know and decide who strengthens our team. Build and maintain talent pools: You are constantly developing a pipeline of potential candidates, so that we can always react quickly to new projects. Consulting & Optimizing Processes: You support our teams in resource planning and introduce creative ideas to make our recruiting processes even more efficient.

You have completed a commercial training or study, ideally in human resources management or economic psychology. You bring practical recruiting experience in the Aerospace & Defense area - from candidate language to applicant management to interviews and settings. Communication, organization and self-initiative are in your blood - you can handle tasks independently. Creativity is your thing? Great! Then, from time to time, shape LinkedIn contributions via our team or exciting topics. German for negotiation, good English skills - English is needed mainly occasionally in communication with candidates.
