Your tasks – leadership with great effect Management of demanding turnkey construction projects from A to Z Leader & strengthen team: You conduct your project team targeted and create a smooth cooperation between all parties Control construction processes: monitoring and coordination of the construction design with regard to quality, costs and dates Communication at eye level: Close coordination with builders, authorities, specialist engineers and internal interfaces Design procurement: selection and control of subcontractors, including technical clarification and decision making Ensuring efficiency: you keep the technical and financial responsibility in mind – sound and predictive

Complete studies in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable field Multiannual experience in project or construction management in turnkey construction Knowledge of VOB, contracting and construction Communication and leadership competencies combined with enforcement and engagement Structured, independent working and entrepreneurial thinking – combined with real team orientation
