Nord (RIS) is the specialist in repair services within the Deutsche Bahn network infrastructure and supports regional networks as a reliable partner. In the unit ''Constructive Engineering Construction'' we are responsible in particular for bridges, reinforced concrete construction projects, earthworks, etc. From our site in Oldenburg we manage projects in the region northwest of Lower Saxony. At the closest possible time, we are looking for you as a building manager:in complex repair of construction engineering (w/m/d) at the Oldenburg site. In your role, you take over the overarching control of complex construction and maintenance measures and ensure the time-, cost- and quality implementation of all the construction projects assigned to you within the regional area. You are also responsible for special engineering tasks. Your tasks:

You control and monitor complex maintenance measures in constructive engineering throughout the entire region, taking into account the entrepreneurial requirements The coordination of construction services from planning to implementation and the integration of all internal and external project participants as well as the blocking-pause management professionally You create detailed construction schedules and organize as well as carry out internal and external decreases for construction and supplementary services In the case of demanding large-scale measures, you carry out construction monitoring, follow-up management and quality control at the construction site You actively support the acquisition of works orders and create works templates for the EBA, other authorities and risk assessments You develop, design and implement market and future-oriented management systems to optimize construction preparation and implementation Perspectively, you take over the tasks of the welding supervisor, address the manufacturer's qualification according to DIN EN 1090 and responsible for the quality management system as well as the monitoring of the certificates

Your profile:

Your successfully completed study in civil engineering, ideally with deepening in the construction engineering or railway construction, forms the basis of your qualification Ideally, you bring a qualification as a construction manager: in railway (KIB) or welding specialist:in (SFI) or are willing to acquire it First professional experience in the implementation of infrastructure projects and well-founded knowledge in construction-specific regulations and guidelines are desirable You work independently, structured, responsibly and also with several parallel projects you keep an overview and control dates, costs and quality in a targeted manner and communicate safely with internal clients and external project participants A safe handling of MS Office applications as well as an interest in the further development of digital IT solutions in the building industry are the key A valid driving licence of class B allows you to make construction site appointments in the Verden, Oldenburg and Wilhelmshaven area and the willingness to start-related operations at weekend and night construction sites is of course yours
