Responsibility for filling and packaging: Override the line and ensure smooth processes. Discipline and professional leadership: Guide a team of about 80 employees and support their development. Coordination and monitoring: Ensure that the processes for filling and packaging sterile medicines and medical devices run efficiently and without errors. Assessment and processing of faults: Evaluate disturbances, assess deviations and conduct optimization measures. Process optimization: Work closely with our internal OPEX team to continuously improve existing processes. GMP-compliant production: ensure compliance with GMP guidelines in production and documentation.

Professional experience: You bring several years of professional experience in a GMP-regulated environment or in the food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals or a comparable industry and are familiar with quality-relevant processes and regulatory requirements. Education: You have completed a study or comparable training in process engineering, packaging technology, pharmaceutical engineering, mechanical engineering, life science, biotechnology, production, chemistry, food technology or a similar field. First management experience: You've already gained first leadership experience and led a team professionally or disciplinaryly – this is a clear plus point. Soft Skills: You bring a high level of social competence with you and understand how to guide a production team motivating and targeted. GMP experience: Professional experience in a GMP-regulated environment is advantageous – ideally you know quality-relevant processes and regulatory requirements. Communication capability: You can express yourself very well both orally and in writing and communicate clearly, addressable and binding. Basic knowledge of English can be found in an international environment. Working methods: You work structured, analytical and independent, taking responsibility and actively involved in the design of processes.
