For Hamburg Finkenwerder we are looking for you as a Supply Officer Aircraft On Ground (m/w/d).

Managing the flow of materials to Airbus and search for solutions to solve the AOG (Aircraft on ground) situation Ensuring the accuracy of requirements submitted to suppliers and developing creative ideas to meet urgent needs Communicating demand to suppliers, placing and tracking orders, delivering delays and managing recovery plans Active participation in the definition and negotiation of logistics processes Monitoring the performance of the supply chain in day-to-day business as well as regular contact with suppliers Regular communication with internal customers about the progress of the order Part of the on-call service

(m/w/d) or specialist (m/w/d) in the field of mechanical engineering, business management, supply chain/ Logistics or the like. At least 2 years of professional experience in supplier management, disposition, material procurement and/or supply chain/logistics. Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP English language skills
