The EDEKA trading company Hessenring mbH, headquartered in the North Hessian Melsungen, leads the field in the food industry in the region with more than 500 EDEKA markets. We supply the independent EDEKA retailers and our directing companies with food and non-food articles in our core sales area of Hesse, South Lower Saxony and Thuringia from our extradition companies Melsungen, Großen-Buseck and Straußfurt. Application planning: They are responsible for the efficient use, holiday and shift planning of the technical field, taking into account customer requirements, resources and appointment requirements. Control Tickets: You check and edit incoming OTRS tickets. Distribution of OTRS tickets: You will point and distribute OTRS tickets to the relevant specialist departments and ensure that tickets are processed quickly and efficiently. Maintenance calendar: You take care of the maintenance calendar and coordinate incoming fault and maintenance emails.

Training: They have technical training or comparable professional experience and also provide technical understanding of the processes in the market.
