Your tasks – You can look forward to this Development of the training station: You continuously develop the training station to ensure practical and sound training for international nursing staff in recognition (APiA). Practical training: You implement practical training up to recognition as a care professional in accordance with legal and internal requirements in the 3-shift system and guide the international nurses both in shiftwork and in special learning situations. Learning tasks & documentation: You support the processing of learning tasks, guide training documents and accompany the international nurses in their professional and personal development. Training & Learning Controls: You plan and design in-patient training, carry out regular learning status checks and prepare the international nurses specifically for the recognition examination. Cooperation management: You regularly exchange with cooperation partners, actively participate in meetings of the practitioners and take on the incorporation of new colleagues, especially in the field of APiA.

You have completed training as health and nursing staff:in or nursing staff, as well as training as a practical manager:in or willingness to complete them. You are characterized by a pronounced understanding of the organisation, a sense of responsibility and a strong communication capability that you demonstrate both in dealing with patients and relatives as well as with international colleagues.
