The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, which supports the federal government's real estate policy objectives and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. (Entgelunggruppe 9c TVöD Bund / Besoldungsgruppe A 9 BBesG, Kennung: KOVA1207, Stellen‐ID: 1290110) The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks must not establish new civil servant relations. It is possible to take over persons who have been exposed to life (identical or next lower grade, but without career change) with the consent of the Federal Ministry of Finance (BMF). The setting is terminated. On behalf of the Bundeswehr, the BImA is responsible for the legal guarantee of the interconnection system, which supplies large military tanks and airfields with fuel throughout Germany. A team at Trier's headquarters in Koblenz is centrally responsible for the entire federal territory. The tasks range from the negotiations with the property owners to funeral contracts, to the actual safeguarding of the management rights until the complete re-establishment of military use.

Your area of responsibility essentially includes the procurement, management and reprocessing of oil pipeline rights for NATO pipelines This includes, in particular, the implementation of basic employment measures or the conclusion of funeral agreements and administrative arrangements, the monitoring of violations of obligations and prohibitions arising from the funeral contracts/ administrative arrangements, the participation in the modification of transhipments and the implementation of construction and refurbishment measures, as well as the verification of the conditions for granting cancellation authorisations and Pfandfreigabe on request – in this case you are assisted by a Geoinformation System (AED‐SICAD LIS)

Qualification: Completed Higher Education (Diplom [FH] /Bachelor) of the Departments Administrative Sciences/Laws/Economics, Bachelor of Laws, Diplom-Jurist(in) (1st State Examen) or Comparative Qualification Competences: Knowledge in the areas of civil law and the basic book law Knowledge and practical experience with a geoinformation system (e.g. AED-SICAD LM based on ArcGIS) are desirable Willingness to acquire expertise in the short term and to work on complex issues Further requirements: Good oral and written expressiveness, ability to clearly depict complicated material relationships Negotiating skills, enforcement ability, safe occurrence Self-employed and careful working methods, reliability, self-initiative Teamability, flexibility, resilience Ability to creative and conceptual work, good planning and organizational capacity Secure handling of standard IT applications (Microsoft Office) Willingness to participate in (e.g. multi-day) missions and training Driving licence class B/3 Ready to run Service-Kfz
