Your daily tasks:

• Preparation of dough according to recipe
• Monitoring dough formation and fermentation processes
• Responsibility for the optimal baking process
• Forms of bread and rolls
• Quality assurance
• Maintaining HACCP policies and hygiene standards

• (m/w/d) or Bäckermeister (m/w/d) - but also Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) with professional experience!
