Sales Representative - E-Learning in Healthcare (with a nursing background) (m/f/d)

What really matters You come from care and know the challenges in everyday life from your own experience? Especially when it comes to compulsory further education and training? This understanding is the key to this role. We are not looking for classic distributors, but someone who speaks the language of care and can show institutions at eye level how digital solutions can make their everyday lives easier. You gradually develop into a distributive role with the support of the team and complemented by external training. The position is ideally created in parttime (about 25–30 hours per week). Your tasks You actively go to outpatient care facilities and build first contacts You provide practical advice on digital development and training solutions You bring your own experience from care to better understand needs and make solutions tangible You accompany talks to offer and decision-making You work closely with the team to further develop our sales approaches in the care sector You document your activities in the CRM (Salesforce)

Completed training or studies in nursing or health care Multiannual experience in nursing (e.g. as a nurse, PDL or comparable) You want to further develop yourself professionally and work on you in sales topics You can explain complex content in a comprehensible and practical way You enter binding and can build good relationships You work independently and structured You want to deal intensively with digital learning solutions and translate them into everyday care Helpful, but no need First contact points with sales, advice or customer contact
