Claims Processing Specialist (m/f/d)

If you first report damages, evaluate risks, adjust individual value adjustments and make sure that security and recovery will always remain in focus Income in the extrajudicial area You act independently – from termination to active management of recovery You are bringing forward dunning and executing decisions, enforcing enforcement and working closely with law firms in judicial proceedings. Insolvency and residual debt relief procedures you handle sovereign and efficient You negotiate with debtors, monitor payment arrangements, and use yourself for the recovery of prospective customers

You will bring a completed commercial training or a qualification as a legal counsellor You have at least three years of professional experience in the relevant environment MS Office and SAP are familiar tools for you You have experience in dunning and enforcement and know you in in insolvency law Negotiating skills and a safe occurrence in dealing with business partners are yours You know the legal and regulatory framework and can safely apply it Knowledge of different types of leasing contract round your profile
