You run the shops and run the Ev. consulting office Duisburg / Moers, which consists of a team of currently 22 employees at the locations of Duisburg and Moers - about which you have the supervision of the service and specialist. You will be supported by the Board of Management of the Advisory Service. The Ev. Rhein-Ruhr (EVRR) is responsible for administrative services in the fields of finance and personnel.

You have a completed university degree in psychology (diploma or master) or a comparable degree as well as an additional training in a recognised psychotherapeutic procedure or in psychological advice Field competence and professional experience in the context of institutional psychological counselling Management, leadership and organisational competence Communication and cooperation capability as well as team capability Ability to conceptual and strategic thinking and business knowledge Loadability and flexibility Conformities with attitude and values of the Protestant Church a high degree of consulting competence and persuasion.
