Your job Guess and enthusiasts: You advise our customers around the construction finance consulting - understandable, transparent and individual. Compare and Optimize: You compare over 400 current financing offers, check funding opportunities and energy-efficient solutions. Accompanying: You will delight your customers from the first conversation to the realization of their living space - personally and digitally. Configuring: You actively contribute to the construction of our transparent building financing and ideally contribute to the further development of our consulting approach. Your profile Qualification: You have successfully completed a bank-based training (at least a final grade well in the 'customer advice' segment) and, if necessary, a further qualification. Sales competence: You are a self-confident sales personality with a pronounced self-initiative and have a strong sales and final orientation. Consulting competency: You already have experience in the credit business and are on the move in the areas of construction and insurance. Communication capability: You communicate safely and legally, create a good conversation atmosphere and convince your counterparts. Digital competence: You maintain a safer handling of digital consulting tools and enjoy hybrid consulting scenarios. Social competence: Their high level of commitment is characterized by passion and your action is characterized by flexibility and sensitivity. Your Benefits Attractive remuneration: This place is rated with EG 9c according to the TVöD-S, i.e., depending on the professional experience, up to €74,000 p.a.
