IT-Berater Shop-Portale (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

Your responsibilities

• Advising clients in the adaptation and implementation of business processes and in IT questions
• Creation and negotiation of complex performance descriptions and contracts
• Representation of the company in customer bodies, clarification of conflicts
• Support of customers in planning and analysis of IT projects
• Processing requests for web portal solutions with expert knowledge
• Creating complex information architectures for e-commerce solutions such as Shopware
• Implementation and support for specialist tests and further test scenarios

Your qualifications:

• Knowledge of various e-commerce solutions used, their options, potentials and weaknesses (especially shopware)
• Intensive customer contact or consulting experience
• Good knowledge of requirements management and the methodology of order clarification
• Basic knowledge and experience in project management
• Secure classification of core processes such as incident, change management, supply process
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
