Administrative Assistant for Quality Control / Narcotics Officer (m/f/d)

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable quality control (m/w/d) for the following tasks: Contact person in the company in cooperation with the drug managers in all questions about BtM Compilation of the half-year report in cooperation with the narcotics officer Organisational tasks (e.g. management of BtMs, management of test samples, reference standards, destruction of BtMs) Participation in the updating of the BtM certificate for relevant changes in trade/command, import/production and export of excluded preparations Cooperation in the optimization of existing processes and support in the implementation of new processes (e.g. in the field of packaging release or CIS) Support of the team by taking additional tasks in routine operation to ensure a smooth running of the daily business

Completed scientific, pharmaceutical, medical or comparable training Knowledge and experience in handling BTM Knowledge and experience in the GMP environment Safe handling of the MS Office package Experience with the European Pharmacopoeia Experience with ERP systems Good knowledge of German (word/writing) High sense of responsibility and quality Own initiative, independent and structured work Team and organizational capability Loadability and flexibility
