Guidance and promotion of young people in the field of trade and sales Design of the workshop area with participants and development of practical sales offers, on site and online Presentation of basics of goods, assortment design, price calculation and product presentation Support for professional orientation and support for individual learning objectives Transfer of operations from the acceptance of goods and inventory, the sale and the delivery of documents to packaging and shipping. Completed commercial vocational training (e-commerce, retail) or completed training in the field of media design Apprenticeship (AEVO) A completed further education on the technician or master would be advantageous. Professional experience in work with young people and young adults MS-Office knowledge Empathy, commitment, respect, appreciation and professional serenity Joy in working with people from different cultures Safe enforcement, teamability and high self-responsibility Willingness to continue training in the field of production education The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
