As a regional manager assistance, you support our regional managers in all organizational, coordination and administrative sales topics. You make sure that processes work smoothly, that information will land in the right place and that our locations are as well supervised as possible. With your reliable and structured work, you are actively contributing to the success of the region. Coordination: You independently perform all classical secretarial tasks, e.g. scheduling, agreement and coordination, processing of incoming telephone calls and entry and exit mail, correspondence Organization: In addition, you will perform further tasks in the context of office management, such as travel organization, planning, organization and preparation of meetings, workshops, conferences and major events, office and literature orders, presentations and evaluations Sales support: You support our sales, e.g. by preparing, organizing and refurbishment of sales meetings, support in location management and regional events

Qualification: You have completed commercial training and/or a secretariat/assistant training

Experience: You have professional experience in a comparable position - ideally within a financial service company

Working: An independent, structured and targeted way of working as well as a high degree of organizational talent characterize you
