Technical Solution Engineer - PreSales / Consulting / Storage (m/w/d)

We protect data from various applications in a future-proof and legally compliant manner. We cooperate internationally with technology partners such as HPE and Microsoft as well as numerous software companies from the ECM and DMS environment. You support the sales team in identifying and qualifying customer projects You advise and design technical solutions, including design and dimensioning a storage or storage Archive solution in the TB and PB sector, based on the products of our company You conduct product demos and workshops remotely or locally You enter and advise stock customers:industry after implementation You support operations, optimization and escalation cases and ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive communication You identify cross- and up-sell potentials in close cooperation with the sales team and work on the further development of our internal processes in the PreSales and PostSales environment

You have a completed technical study or a comparable qualification (e.g. IT system engineer:in, Solution Architect:in or similar) You have experience in PreSales, Consulting, Customer Success or Technical Customer Care You ideally have experience with storage hardware typical manufacturers (HPE / Fujitsu / Lenovo / Dell / ... ) You have strong communication and presentation skills and can easily explain complex topics You enjoy direct customer contact, advice and team work You have very good German and English skills
