● After a structured incorporation, you take responsibility for construction sites, coordinate the upcoming work and ensure professional, clean and timely execution. ● You run the employees in the daily business, develop their professional skills and ensure a reliable and efficient construction site run through clear agreements. ● You tune the day, week, month and year planning with the management, take customer appointments and can unlock new work areas under your management.

● You have a master's degree in painter's and painter's handicraft with a specialist painter as well as a strong professional and social competence. ● You are interested in new techniques and materials and willingness to develop the service offered by the company professionally. ● You have at least the class B driving license, ideally a trailer driving license, and have practical scaffolding skills.
