A special focus is on the low-swelling support and the “translation” of medical issues into the living world of clients and the accurate introduction of help.

1. Social medical advice, education and guidance • Comparative medicine: Explanation of complex medical findings, diagnosis and medical certificates for the affected persons and their relatives (to reduce understanding). • Relieving talks: carrying out supportive conversations for disease management and stabilization without replacing a therapeutic treatment. • Open speech hour: regular participation in BfB's consultation times as the first contact point for medical questions. • Lots function: consultancy on rehabilitation and transfer to the medical and social care system.
