Full-time or part-time purchasing clerk (m/f/d)

Your daily tasks: You process needs from the departments and get offers from suppliers Compare offers with price, delivery time and conditions You create and ship orders and track them until delivery You check order confirmations and enter deviations to the order You monitor delivery dates and ask for outstanding or late deliveries You clarify questions about orders and deliveries with suppliers as well as the relevant internal areas You maintain order, price and delivery data in our ERP system If necessary, you support the clarification of invoice deviations

Take this with you: A completed commercial training or a comparable qualification Ideally first professional experience in purchasing or in commercial order processing A careful and structured way of working Joy of communication with suppliers and internal contacts Basic interest in technical products Safe handling of MS Office; Experience with an ERP system is helpful. Knowledge in ABAS is advantageous, but no prerequisite.
