Technical Services Manager (m/f/d)

Set up and provision of primary processing parameter and specifications for Conventional and Reduced Risk Products and process control to R&D and GSC to ensure product quality and consistency for prototype and commercial manufacturing in responsiveness Qualify new and upgraded primary processing lines and individual equipment in JTI Training for commercial production – based on established process requirements, parameters and specifications Scale up and roll out new primary processing technologies to enhance current product quality and the implementation of newly developed products Cooperate with GSC by designing new lines with providing respective processing requirements, specifications and support for process control in JTI Provide support in technical solutions (i.e. pre or start-up production for new or modified blends) to ensure product quality in JTI Optimize the manufacturing process through the analysis of process data to improve the quality and further development of the primary process

Relevant educational background: University degree (Bachelor or higher), preferably in Engineering or equivalent education Practical experience: At least 5 years of business practice in the tobacco industry (or FMCG industry) in an international environment Valuable knowledge: Sound knowledge of the primary processing as well as experience in production processes, i.e. filter and cigarette manufacturing Special strengths: Willingness to travel and flexibility as well as outstanding analytical skills Language proficiency: Fluency in both written and spoken English Suitable: Well-developed management and communication skills, as well as team-oriented Practiced working time model: flextime
