Relevant educational background: University degree (Bachelor or higher), preferably in Engineering or equivalent education Practical experience: At least 5 years of business practice in the tobacco industry (or FMCG industry) in an international environment Valuable knowledge: Sound knowledge of the primary processing as well as experience in production processes, i.e. filter and cigarette manufacturing Special strengths: Willingness to travel and flexibility as well as outstanding analytical skills Language proficiency: Fluency in both written and spoken English Suitable: Well-developed management and communication skills, as well as team-oriented Practiced working time model: flextime
