At the closest possible time, we are looking for you as a cook/kitchen manager:in business gasonomy (w/m/d) for Deutsche Bahn AG at the location Nuremberg. It is used in our canteens in Nuremberg. Your tasks:

• You are critically responsible for the time- and quality-oriented production and provision of hot and intermediate meals, both at the casino and for the conference service and special events
• You set the specified range width and the proper product presentation or Assembly of the output and service stations
• In accordance with current requirements, you will develop menus, recipes and calculations
• Monitoring of stocks and periods of consumption and implementation of goods orders and inventory
• In addition to cleansing the workspace, the kitchen and expenditure area and the work equipment, in compliance with the current hygiene directive according to HACCP, you are also responsible for the maintenance of the cleaning and disinfection plan
