IT Systems Clerk - Internal Sales / Purchasing (m/f/d)

Our customers are self-employed, medium-sized and larger companies as well as public institutions from a wide range of industries with up to 500 jobs. From PC workstation to small working groups to structured corporate networks, from individual servers to virtualization to data center solutions, from IT consulting to hardware sales to outsourcing – we stand for sustainable solutions. In the healthcare sector, we also support industry-specific applications such as hospital information systems, PACS systems and archive solutions with our own competence team. You are responsible for the entire procurement process for IT hardware, software and licenses – from the collection and evaluation of offers to price negotiations with manufacturers and distributors. As a central contact person for our customers, you start and follow individual offers and take active care throughout the entire sales cycle. You take orders from collection to delivery, monitor delivery dates and treat confident complaints and returns. In close cooperation with the field service, technology and project management, you will ensure a smooth process and support your colleagues in the daily business. You carefully provide all relevant master and movement data, from product prices to customer information, in our CRM and ERP systems.

You have a completed commercial training, for example as a merchant/wife for IT system management, or a comparable qualification. You have been able to earn at least 2 years of professional experience in purchasing, sales services or in an IT system house. For IT topics like hardware, software and cloud solutions, you can work in new areas. With negotiation skills, communication strength and a service-oriented working method, you can convince in contact with customers and partners. You are safe in handling Microsoft 365 and have ideally already worked with an ERP or CRM system. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing complete your profile.
