Conception of suitable training formats (e.g. Summer Schools, Writing Retreats, Impulsformate, Kolloquien, Seminare und Workshops) as well as a wide range of needs-based training programs, taking into account practical topics related to artificial intelligence in industrial application (e.g. Explainable AI, data ethics in production, digital twinning or machine learning) Conception and development of a balanced certificate programme for young scientists Acquisition of and Honorary Negotiations with Trainers (w/m/d) Coordination of the entire training and certificate programme including application and evaluation of the offers and participation management Consulting and support for young scientists (w/m/d) on questions of personal training Individual implementation of training offers with interest and appropriate training Conception and development of networking formats for young scientists with focus on the AI production network Communication with internal and external stakeholders As an interface to departments of central administration

Successfully completed academic studies in a subject with reference to the university's study program portfolio, ideally with doctorate Knowledge of the national and international training landscape for young scientists Basic Didactic Knowledge Interest in practical topics related to artificial intelligence Experience in science management Experience in the organisation of training programs and networking formats Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Strategic and conceptual thinking, analytical, structured and independent working methods, rapid understanding and high target and solution orientation Communication strength and joy in working with young scientists (w/m/d) Responsibility, resilience and high performance and commitment
