Carglass® Germany is a specialist in the repair and rebuilding of vehicle glass. In Germany, Carglass® employs around 2.450 employees, including over 1,700 specially trained Carglass® technicians. About 550 employees work at the head office in Cologne, with around 200 employees working at the Customer Contact Center (Call Center). The company operates around 1.2 million. Customer contacts per year and helps drivers throughout Germany, either in one of the 370 service centers or on the move with more than 240 mobile units. To support the People area, we are looking for an unlimited period and at the earliest possible time Business Partner (m/w/d)

Legal Examination & Counselling: Own-sponsored examination of labour and business constitutional matters as well as thorough consultation of the departments Operating agreements & guidelines: Conception, further development and negotiation of operational regulations – closely coordinated with specialist areas and taking into account legal requirements. Cooperation with the Works Council: Confidential, constructive communication and sovereign accompaniment of all co-determinable topics – also in negotiations. Regulatorics & Training: Monitoring legal changes, deriving practical recommendations and carrying out internal training. Project work: Active cooperation on cross-sector and cross-sector projects with a focus on labour law.

Completed study of BWL, VWL, economic psychology or a comparable economic discipline Multiannual professional experience in the HR environment – ideally as a senior business partner or in a labour-legal role Knowledge of the right to work and work negotiating skills as well as a sovereign occurrence in dealing with different stakeholders Solution orientation, communication strength and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation Very good English skills in word and writing
