Legal Examination & Counselling: Own-sponsored examination of labour and business constitutional matters as well as thorough consultation of the departments Operating agreements & guidelines: Conception, further development and negotiation of operational regulations – closely coordinated with specialist areas and taking into account legal requirements. Cooperation with the Works Council: Confidential, constructive communication and sovereign accompaniment of all co-determinable topics – also in negotiations. Regulatorics & Training: Monitoring legal changes, deriving practical recommendations and carrying out internal training. Project work: Active cooperation on cross-sector and cross-sector projects with a focus on labour law.
