Your tasks:

• Creation of 3D models using the BIM method
• Construction drawings
• Review and analysis of existing planning models
• Interdisciplinary processing of projects within the team
• Coordination and coordination of planning services

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring

• Complete studies in the field of architecture, building technology, civil management or industrial engineering with a focus on construction
• Found experience in the BIM environment
• First practical experience in planning and management of construction projects
• Required knowledge in the application of HOAI and VOB
• Safe handling of common CAD/BIM software, ideally with REVIT, AutoCAD, Allplan, Tekla or similar programs
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
