Participation in planning and implementation of processes

Professional leadership of the employees and implementation of employee talks

Responsibility for the economic implementation of transport and the achievement of targets

Optimization of forwarding processes within the “Disposition international” department, including customer needs, especially in view of the improvement of earnings

Customer support in cooperation with the forwarding and/or sales management

Planning and adaptation of network capacities in the field of MRP

Monitoring and control of quality within the department and reporting to the forwarding line

Training of employees in the field of MRP

Monitoring of relevant logistical indicators and derivation as well as implementation of improvement potentials

Experience and knowledge of customs
