Be there and experience the future of international mobility at Mercedes-Benz! Together, we develop solutions for our employees' external operations and their families. A varied internship with the focus on financial processes and internal control system within the Global Mobility area (HR) awaits you. You will get to know the entire environment of the Global Mobility area and will participate independently in projects in a variety of topics.

These exciting tasks await you: Immerse yourself in the compensation system and framework conditions for international employees Collect first practical experience and help us digitize our accounting processes and thus improve efficiency, transparency and error reduction in this area Wirke with interdisciplinary projects in cooperation with internal departments such as controlling, human resources, international purchasing, tax department and payroll accounting. You have the opportunity to independently take over and guide work packages Support us in the cost analysis and planning of international employees' work, help with the processing of data and get to know the importance for further cost loading Best Practices and Regulatory Requirements for International Employee Use, Focusing on Data Protection and HR Compliance Prepare data on current approaches in the Global Mobility area to identify potential compliance vulnerabilities using Data Analytics programs Design management presentations and process documentation, coordinate and document meetings efficiently We offer: A six-month internship in a dynamic and international working environment where you can gain valuable practical experience Hybrid work, in consultation with your team and according to the current circumstances, with flexible working hours as part of a sliding time model A modern campus with a wide selection of dishes

The activity can begin from March 2026.

You will complete a degree in Business Administration, Economic Law or a comparable degree course focusing on finance, digitalization, conception, etc.

You have certain knowledge of German and English in word and writing

You enjoy dealing with numbers and analytical tasks

You are safe in handling MS-Office and are interested in data modeling/programming and handling artificial intelligence

You bring team and communication skills and commitment

You are not further than three semesters outside the regular period of your course of study and during the entire period of employment
