Embedded Architect Barrier Systems (m/f/d)

In this position, you assume the technical responsibility for the embedded architecture of military locking systems. You define the hardware and software architecture, accompany the technical design and ensure that all components are developed reliably, robustly and norm-compliant. Operational programming is mainly carried out by external development service providers and specialist suppliers. You therefore act as a technical Sparring partner and qualified testing entity and as a responsible control unit for these external partners. In close exchange, you agree to requirements, check interim results and evaluate the quality of the code. In addition, you plan and accompany system and integration tests, answer audits, releases and technical approvals and act as an internal specialist: for embedded system issues in the area of blocking systems.

You have completed their studies in electrical engineering, computer science, embedded systems or a comparable technical discipline and bring several years of experience in the development and architecture of embedded soft and hardware, ideally already in the environment of safety-critical applications. In addition, you have well-founded knowledge of programming with C and C++, which you use safely and routined in the analysis, evaluation and structuring of embedded architectures. In addition, you have practical experience in handling STM32 microcontrollers.
