Project manager TGA m/w/d Location: Hamburg-Nord Reference number: 2026-0076 Working time: Full time

Control, control and responsibility of the contractual handling of various construction projects and remodeling projects in stock /TGA according to the performance phases 1–8 of the HOAI Coordination of all works involved in the construction and internal and external project participants Cost management, quality control and ensuring compliance with all safety and construction standards

Technical training, e.g. as an electronics engineer, plant mechanic HKLS or comparable training professions Further education on the technician/master as an alternative a technical study in the field of civil engineering / architecture / TGA Multiannual professional experience in the field of construction management or project management as well as professional entry are welcome!

Knowledge of HOAI, VOB and follow-up management
