This area specialises in the production of highly precise mechanical components and includes state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies in the areas of turning, milling and ultra-precision machining. technical and disciplinary leadership of the team in the field of control and disposition – including coordination and further development of employees

Responsibility for the entire production control and disposition in the production area of mechanics

Coordination and control of range and bottleneck management to ensure delivery capacity based on capacity checks

Responsibility for the maintenance of master data, monitoring delivery volumes and ensuring delivery reliability

independent preparation of analyses and evaluations, including derivation and implementation of appropriate measures for deviations

Working with projects for process optimization under LEAN aspects, e.g. in the field of goods flow optimization

daily exchange with the production in the shopfloor as well as close cooperation with adjacent interdisciplinary interfaces of the organization

successfully completed studies in the field of business management, economic engineering or a comparable qualification with a focus on disposition and production control

at least three years of professional experience in production planning, production control and disposition – ideally with experience in project work

first leadership experience or willingness to take responsibility for a team

safe handling of SAP ERP, especially in PP and MM modules, as well as very good knowledge in MS Office
