Advising and supporting member practices of KV North Rhine-Westphalia on the subject of fees and billing Preparing, performing and documenting consultations in individual or group settings personally and by video conferencing Planning and conducting training with presentations, preparation of counselling content in alternative learning formats as well as organizing and accompanying events for doctors, psychotherapists and medical professionals (w/m/d) Represent and represent the advice of KV Nordrhein in internal and external events Responsible for the planning, control and further development of your own consulting activities and consultancy instruments Developing new training and consulting services for members and professional beginners as well as continuous improvement of existing formats Support in thematic projects and take over administrative tasks

A completed university degree in a field corresponding to the activity, preferably in health care (e.g. health economy) Embossed analytical and conceptual skills coupled with safe handling of relevant evaluation instruments and digital applications Innovative thinking and interest in new technologies and methods related to the further development of counselling services Ability to work quickly into complex topics and to implement them in consultation with the target groups Practical experience in the consulting environment, ideally in consulting contractors (w/m/d) Professional knowledge in health care, e.g. fee distribution and performance accounting are advantageous A service-oriented, communication-strong personality that understands adapting to different interlocutors Flexibility and readiness to respond to the appointment requirements of our members and the requirements of the advisory department A sovereign appearance and an independent operation complete your profile
