Supporting our existing customers and support in the acquisition of new customers
Creation and pursuit of offers
Close cooperation with the sales team and the field service
Processing of customer requests and complaints
Maintenance of customer and order data in the ERP system
Education: Completed training as a technician with technical engineering, ideally with experience in building automation
Personality & Working method: Embossed customer orientation, communicative strength, team capacity, structured work and a sovereign appearance
Competences: Ensuring handling of MS Office and ERP systems as well as a good commercial understanding
