The Bikeleasing Group is one of the leading employer-benefit and mobility providers in Germany. With our five specialized companies we combine modern Benefit solutions, flexible leasing, digital insurance products and a dedicated Refurbished Bike Retail model. We are currently in the middle of an extensive technical transformation: We modernise existing legacy systems, build domain-oriented platform services and professionalize our infrastructure and operation with the aim of creating a scalable, secure and highly available system landscape. We are looking for you as Senior DevOps Engineer (gn) – Lead Role. In this key role, you end-to-end design our cloud infrastructure, establish a sustainable operating model for a multi-stakeholder DevOps function and build self-service capabilities that sustainably enable our product teams. If you want to dive deep into infrastructure issues, take on real ownership and actively participate in a modern engineering organization, we are looking forward to you!The full responsibility for our cloud infrastructure is transferred from AWS (EKS, MSK, RDS, S3, IAM) to smaller Azure workloads to terraform-based commissioning, cost optimization and capacity planning For reliable deployments, you’ll find Ownership through our CI/CD landscape (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Helm) including rollbacks, progressive delivery and drift detection You develop self-service skills together with our enabler team, so that product teams can independently provide and deploy Clear SLIs and SLOs define critical services and optimize our observability configuration based on Datadog The technical security and compliance agency is responsible for (Network Policies, Secrets Management, Container Security, ISO 27001 Infrastructure Controls) and promotes supply chain security and access governance in a structured manner. The DevOps team guides you professionally and organizationally and establish processes for intake, prioritization and communication

At least 5 years of experience in DevOps, SRE or Platform Engineering, you bring at least 2 years in a senior or lead role Very strong hands-on expertise with terraform, Kubernetes (EKS preferred), GitOps and Observability (Datadog) belongs to everyday life AWS masters you in depth (IAM, VPC, MSK/Kafka, RDS, S3), ideally complemented by experiences in Azure or GCP Infrastructure security you can safely master: Network Policies, Secrets, Container Scans, IAM Conception and an Understanding for ISO 27001 A small team will guide you and work constructively with internal and external stakeholders You can translate infrastructure topics clearly into Business Impact – and bring a real builder minimum set
