Creating and developing learning concepts based on Blended Learning within the Executive Unit Road Consulting, design and implementation of modern learning solutions Training and qualification of experts (e.g. DENOS, TT/Domino trainer) Evaluation of new learning technologies for the continuous improvement of digital training infrastructure and learning processes Implementation and support of innovative learning tools including continuous optimization and user support Training Administration in SAP SFL

Complete study in the field of pedagogy, adult education, economic psychology or comparable qualification Professional experience in creating and implementing blended learning concepts and in the development of digital learning formats Didactic and methodological expertise in dealing with modern learning technologies, learning tools and digital learning platforms Experience in the training and qualification of specialists and executives as well as safety at the occurrence of different target groups Analytical and technological affinity to evaluate new learning technologies, identify trends and develop digital learning processes
