We, the child and youth aid MATRiX, are a young free youth supporter in Düsseldorf, based in Pempelfort. Founded in 2018 by our facility manager Przemek Patyna, we have since been offering assistance in the field of outpatient youth assistance (§27 ff. SGB VIII) for children, young people and families. Our offer is supplemented by the planning and implementation of individual housing projects according to §35 SGB VIII. Care and support of male unaccompanied minor refugees in stationary housing

Support in the clearing and recycling process as well as in self-containing

Close cooperation with youth offices, schools, authorities and other cooperation partners

Designing a new pedagogical project

Shift service (including night and weekend services)

You should bring that with you: Complete study of social education / social work or a recognized educational training

Experience in youth assistance, ideally in work with UMA

Knowledge of asylum and youth assistance law desirable

Openness, flexibility, initiative and team capacity

Joy of creative, varied educational work

Willingness to work in the shift system

German on C1 level (for reports and administrative work)

English and/or other foreign languages (e.g. Arabic, Dari/Farsi, Kurdish, French) are a plus

Nice to have: driving license, additional talents (e.g. sports, music, creative offers)

Remuneration based on TVöD SuE (incl. possible layer supplements)
