Solution-oriented process consulting of large industrial companies with a focus on the manufacturing industry Implementation of SAP FI / CO projects as subproject manager and/or consultant Conception, design and implementation of corporate solutions based on SAP FI / CO and S/4HANA Change Management & Coaching Support in Presales and Increasing Customer Relations Mentoring of Trainees and Senior Consultants Planning, management and implementation of internal and external training

Top-class high- or specialist high-school degree in BWL, (economic) informatics, mechanical engineering, logistics or comparable qualification At least 4 years of consulting experience in process and optimization projects in the field of internal and/or external accounting Good integrative process understanding First experience as a (partial) project manager in large SAP projects with customers from the manufacturing industry Ideally, first knowledge in: design global accounting standards & processes, new main book and/or Universal Journal, parallel accounting according to OR or Swiss Gap, segment reporting, new asset accounting, credit management & cash management, data migration in the context of SAP Self-employed and proactive working methods, analytical and conceptual thinking as well as pronounced communication skills Very good knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages of advantage readiness to travel, also for occasional foreign operations
