First contact person for our customers with questions and problems regarding our banking software solutions in the field of consulting & service Structured End2End Support via our Ticket System Responsibility for your own topics & implementation of specialist analyses Self-responsible selection of solutions to the problem solution in the context of existing directives and analytical tools Designing and quality assurance of customer documentation, training documents and project activities Team-wide cooperation and close exchange within the FI in particular with our application development Implementation of customer training and workshops on their own topics

Completed commercial training and/or economic studies, combined with at least two to three years of professional experience Experiences in customer consulting and building long-term customer relationships Embossed analytical skills and fun in solving complex issues Communicative, open personality and proactive development of new topics Self-responsible and solution-oriented operation
