Senior Consultant Business Continuity & Resilience Assurance (m/f/d)

As Senior Consultant Business Continuity & Resilience (m/w/d), you have a decisive influence on the safety and resilience of the business of our national and international customers – so that you can generate confidence and sustainably contribute to the success of the company. You combine analytical strength with structured advice, participate in challenging projects and take early responsibility. Assurance & Advisory: You review and advise national and international companies and organizations in the fields of business continuity management, crisis management, corporate security and resilience. Project responsibility: You are responsible for managing and implementing resilience projects, coordinating relevant work results and contributing to a high-quality project implementation. Methods & Analyses: You design and accompany Business Impact analyses, risk assessments, protection requirements and other resilience methods and tools. Control: Preventive measures and emergency plans are developed as well as test and simulation methods. Business Development: You contribute to the further development of our service portfolio, meet relevant market, regulatory and standard developments and support the acquisition.

Successfully completed studies, ideally at master level, for example in Business Continuity Management, Crisis Management, Information Security, Business Informatics, Business Security, Business Administration or Economics. Multiannual security & resilience experience, especially in business continuity management, crisis management, corporate security or resilience – ideally in an audit firm, a consultancy company, in industry or relevant organisations. Knowledge of relevant standards, standards and regulatory requirements, such as ISO 22301, BSI standard 200-4, ISO 22361, ISO 27001, DIN SPEC 14027, NIS-2 or KRITIS, are advantageous. Business continuity management, crisis management, information security or corporate security certifications are desirable, such as BCM practitioners, business continuity managers, crisis managers, CBCP, CBCI, CISM or CISA. Project management experience, very good business understanding, high quality awareness, team skills, strong customer orientation, communication strength and sovereign stakeholder management are the key to you. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing and readiness to travel complete your profile.
