The Central Institute for Mental Health stands for internationally outstanding research and groundbreaking treatment concepts in psychiatry and psychotherapy, child and youth psychiatry, psychosomatics and addiction medicine.

The new organisational unit Mental Health for Organisations (MHfO) aims to support companies and organisations in measures to build and strengthen the mental health of employees. For our customers, we offer courses, workshops and consultations that work on both individual and organizational levels.

A central performance of our offer is MHFA first-aid courses. MHFA First aider is an established and growing business area at the Central Institute for Mental Health, where interested lay people are trained as first aiders for mental health. Since 2019, it has been making an important contribution in Germany to improving knowledge about mental disorders in society as well as to destigmatization and early detection of mental health problems. We continuously expand this offer. We are looking for a motivated one at the next time

The job is limited to two years with option for further employment.

You take over general office activities. You support our team in the planning and implementation of workshops, events and trade fair visits (cursor care with catering, material preparation). Responsible documents, such as contracts, are prepared by you. You help us develop products and their content.

You are reliable and take responsibility. You'll stay sovereign even if it goes turbulent. You have a friendly and open appearance and enjoy working in the team and with customers. You have experience dealing with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). You're looking for a long-term side job that can be well agreed with family/study. You are interested in the topic of mental health and want to be part of the destigmatization

As a young team we offer you a friendly and open-minded working atmosphere. Our office is easily accessible and centrally located near Mannheim Central Station. You will receive a discounted job ticket as a German ticket. We also have the possibility to work in the home office. Our activities are interesting and varied. You will be remunerated according to the provisions of the collective agreement for the public service of the countries (TV-L). In addition to a detailed introduction, you will also be given the opportunity to participate free of charge in one of our MHFA first aid courses. .
