To strengthen the Department of Credit at the Karlsruhe location, we are looking for you as the next possible date to support the Group Kredit Blanko as a credit engineer (m/w/d) with a perspective representation of the group leader. You are a sought-after and competent contact person (m/w/d) for our customers and the asset advisors of the DVAG distribution path and all finance in all loan issues, from the first feasibility check to the loan announcement You will process and decide credit applications; check and evaluate the creditworthiness of our customers taking into account the risk, earnings and sales aspects and find the best possible financing solution You support the group leader in his tasks and organization and take over the representation of the staff You meet individual case and competence decisions within the framework of competence rules You work in projects and working groups and like to contribute to process improvements

You have a successfully completed commercial training in the banking sector, preferably with building savings banks You are already a credit engineer (m/w/d) and meet independent credit decisions or have collected first management experiences in a comparable function; optimally you have additional knowledge in the area of balance sheet analysis You are strong in communication and have a strong consulting expertise in connection with a high customer and sales orientation You have a high social competence, are flexible and keeps a cool head even in tight work situations You are characterized by entrepreneurial thinking and acting and are ready to take responsibility and develop your leadership skills
