Our quality team consists of over 30 dedicated employees and is represented at four locations: Hamburg, Dresden, Überlingen and Reute (near Freiburg). In close cooperation with other disciplines such as development, production and our suppliers, we take over all quality-relevant activities to ensure high product quality. The focus of our action is always on the satisfaction of our customers.

YEARS: They control all quality-relevant activities at the site and thus ensure a sustainable product quality They coordinate customer complaints in cooperation with international sales companies, technical support and development You take over the project management for 8D teams and moderate risk analysis They process internal deviations and coordinate supplier complaints together with quality assurance They initiate and monitor quality improvement measures and ensure their effectiveness They accompany internal audits and certification and customer audits (e.g. according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 80079-34)

Complete vocational training or studies, ideally related to quality, development, production or project management First professional experience in quality management of advantage - dedicated professionals are welcome Analytical, targeted thinking and a structured working method High level of self-motivation, adaptability and hand-on mentality Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Communication strength, team skills and intercultural competence
