Responsibility for defining and implementing global application management processes (e.g. lifecycle and patch management) and ensuring efficient and secure execution Development of guidelines for safe application operation, control of the provision of templates for operating and security concepts and active support of the departments in their implementation and compliance Harmonisation of software landscape and control of approval processes of new applications taking into account functional and safety requirements Central coordination of cooperation between departments, cyber security and IT service providers Identification and implementation of automation and optimization potentials to continuously increase resilience and performance of systems

Complete relevant study or comparable qualification as well as multi-year experience in application management or IT process management Embossed analytical approach to harmonising complex application landscapes, identifying dependencies and making a sound decision in the portfolio environment Knowledge in ITIL Framework, experience in building governance structures and a good understanding of common IT process standards Experience in the control of external IT service providers and the willingness to assist specialist areas, for example in the creation of operational and safety concepts Sovereign appearance at eye level with stakeholders of different levels as well as the ability to convey governance and security issues constructively and consistently Very good knowledge of German and the security to express you clearly and professionally on B2 level
