Product Manager Digital Solutions (m/f/d)

In this role, you take a central position: you are responsible for modern software and app solutions that digitally connect patients, clinics and cochlear - creating real added value.

You plan, control and accompany the market launch of new ConnectedCare products such as remote car solutions and apps - in close cooperation with teams across the EMEA region. You are responsible for the product portfolio from strategic orientation to launch to ongoing lifecycle management. You develop marketing materials, market entry concepts and conduct sound competitive analyses. You coordinate pilot projects and regional and international roll-outs of digital solutions. You ensure that all products and projects are GDPR compliant and work closely with clinic data protection officers and internal experts. You support sales and customer teams with training, technical documentation, tender documents and product-related know-how. You represent the products sovereignly at congresses, events and launch events.

A completed study in the scientific, technical or business sector - ideally with IT reference. Multiannual experience in product management, ideally in healthcare or in an international matrix organization. Good knowledge of Audiology and digital solutions. Understanding data protection requirements (GDPR, clinic processes) and proven experience in their practical implementation. Strong project management talent and the ability to control several projects in parallel. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Secure handling of MS Office and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce). Creativity, pragmatism and joy in working in a dynamic environment.
